1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our products, adding your favorite items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI for select locations.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your order’s status.

4. When will my order be delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at 99quickshop@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9990180919/ 9540511049. Please include your order ID, product photos, and an uncut unboxing video for a speedy resolution.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes! Returns can be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order for damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. 

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please check our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Yes, items on sale and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
